Lorna Molam

Executive Director, Marsh Advantage Insurance

Lorna Molam is an Executive Director of Marsh Advantage Insurance, a dedicated insurance brokerage for the Australian small and medium business segment. She has leadership responsibility for the Commercial and Consumer business which encompasses the national Authorised Representative network of Client Services Consultants as well as the Affinity, Private Client Services, Retail Life and Telco businesses. Lorna also serves as a Director on the Australian Executive Committee of Marsh Pty Ltd.

Lorna's insurance career began in the London insurance market in 1988, where she occupied a number of positions including sales, account management, marketing and underwriting. She joined Marsh in Australia in 2001, where she spent three years managing an SME placement facility focusing on solutions for the Commercial client sector. Lorna then moved into an operations position working closely with the former Pacific Region CEO spanning across all areas of the Marsh business in the region. In 2012 she was appointed into the position of Executive Director responsible for Marsh and McLennan Agency Pty Ltd (MMA), a placement entity providing insurance and risk solutions for clients within the small and medium business sectors.

Lorna brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her into her current position, which she was appointed to in early 2017. She is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (NIBA) and has recently graduated from Southern Cross University with an MBA.

Samantha Dell

National Manager, Consumer, Marsh Advantage Insurance

Samantha Dell has almost 20 years' experience across a number of sectors within the insurance industry which include insurance broking, premium finance, operations and business strategy.

When joining Marsh in 2004, following the acquisition of Health Lambert, Samantha held the position of National Operations Manager across Marsh's Commercial and Consumer segments. More recently she has managed business strategy for Marsh Advantage Insurance along with the Marsh Corporate practice.  In her current role as National Manager, Consumer, Samantha now manages our Private Client Services, Retail Life and Third Party Operations practices.

Stuart Munro

National Manager, Client Services Consultants, Marsh Advantage Insurance

Stuart’s insurance market experience spans over 26 years, having started his career with an international broker in Brisbane, followed by 12 years as director of his family’s brokerage and before joining Marsh as Australasian Manager of a National Brokerage specialising in extended warranty in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Stuart joined Marsh in 2002 as Queensland Managing client service consultant running a team of authorised representative, before taking on Victoria in 2014. He now manages the Australian network of authorised representatives who specialise in insurance solutions to SME and mid-market clients.

Stuart is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).

Stephen Jones

National Manager, Affinity, Marsh Advantage Insurance

With over 25 years’ experience, Stephen has a deep-seated knowledge of both the Australian and Global Insurance Markets.  He has developed this understanding through executive management, broking and underwriting roles within a major global insurer where Stephen was fortunate to work with ASX-listed companies, leading privately owned businesses, banks and government.

Stephen believes insurance is an enabler of business growth, with peace-of-mind for clients the ultimate goal, which is why he enjoys working with a team to build a true client-centric culture.

From an industry perspective, Stephen is passionate about continuing to promote the importance of risk and insurance within the context of all business decisions, looking at ways to attract more youth into the industry, and highlighting the unique opportunity we all have to be entrusted by all Australian businesses and consumers.

Leah Douglas

National Business Strategy Manager – Commercial and Consumer, Marsh Advantage Insurance

Leah Douglas commenced her insurance career in 1998, working for a boutique insurance broker, specialising in industry based schemes and facilities and a strong focus on state and national sporting associations.

Since joining Marsh in 2002, Leah has held a range of roles in broking, sales, business development, business operations and quality assurance.  With her industry knowledge and experience and by closely working with a broad spectrum of Marsh practices and colleagues, Leah brings expertise and a strong understanding of the workings of the industry, organisation and client needs into her role.

Leah is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).

Mark Borthwick

National Sales Manager - Commercial

Mark Borthwick has been a sales leader in the insurance broking industry from more than 30 years and has extensive knowledge over a wide range of industry and association/affinity business risks.

Originally commencing at Marsh in 2006 in the Risk Management Business Development team, he then progressed to become State Executive Corporate, Victoria.

Currently, Mark's prime responsibilities include driving growth through the Authorised Representative network and providing Authorised Representatives with strategic and tactical direction. Mark also works closely with the Affinity team on new business initatives.

Mark acts as an Account Chair with  a number of clients across Australia, providing them with assess to the wider Marsh services, to assist them with the mitigation of risk.

Cameron Douglas

National Industry Leader - Rural, Marsh Advantage Insurance

Cameron has close to three decades’ experience in the insurance industry, during which time he has worked in and owned his own broking business.

In 2010 Cameron joined Marsh as New South Wales Managing Client Service Consultant, overseeing the company’s network of authorised representatives across the state.

His current role sees him managing MAI’s rapidly growing rural authorised representative network.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and various industry qualifications. He has also sat on numerous industry boards and advisory bodies through the course of his career.

Travis Kemp

Executive Director, Marsh

Travis Kemp leads Marsh's Corporate segment and also serves as a Director on the Australian Executive Committee of Marsh Pty Ltd.

Over a period of more than 20 years with Marsh, Travis has been a key figure in building the company's SME business, was the first Managing Client Service Consultant within our Victorian Commercial practice, SA State Executive, General Manager of Employee Benefits overseeing the Retail Life business, General Manager of our Commercial practice and Executive Director of Marsh Advantage Insurance. Travis continues to play an instrumental role within Marsh Advantage Insurance managing the Landmark authorised representative relationship.
